SHIPPING INFORMATION

CHRISTMAS ORDERS need to be placed by December 11th to INSURE getting items on time. Note that product availability is less as it gets closer to Christmas. Suppliers of products begin to run out of items and affect the ability of stores to get new things in. Place your orders early for your peace of mind!

Standard Shipping

Our standard method of shipping is U.S. Postal.  We make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours and you should expect to receive it within 3-7 business days.  We do not ship on weekends and holidays but will work with you to make arrangements if you are needing an item very quickly during one of these times. Just send us an email with the word URGENT attached to it.

Pricing is as follows:      $1 - $20.00                      $4 shipping and handling

                                    $20.01 - $50.00                $5 shipping and handling

                                    $50.01 - $100.00              $6 shipping and handling

                                    $100.01 - 150.00              $7 shipping and handling
                                
                                    $150.01 and up                $8 shipping and handling

Overnight Shipping is available for $25 for a package weighing up to 2lbs.This allows for handling necessary when having to get shipment out quickly.  Note that most packages fall easily under this weight. 
 

Quality

We stand behind the quality of all of our products and think that you will also find them to be exceptional.  If however, an item does not meet your satisfaction, please notify us by email within 10 business days and we will make arrangements for exchange or refund.  We want you to be happy!

Out of Stock Items

We will notify you by email if an item that you have ordered is out of stock.  Typically, these items will be available within 48 hours of the receipt of your order.  We will then ship your entire order and you will receive email notification.

A couple more things...

• We will be attaching your charms to your bracelet unless you specify otherwise.
• If you are looking for something that you do not see, it is very likely that we have it or have the ability to get it for you.  Just email
  us and ask.  We aim to please!
